针对衡阳市物业管理质量低的现状 ,就体制不顺、物业管理队伍人多质差等方面的主要原因进行深入地分析 ,并提出提高衡阳市物业管理质量的对策 .

In this article, according to the poor quality of the present property management of Hengyang, the author analyzes all sorts of f factors which bring about the poor quality situation, then gives several solutions straighten the system of management, improve the quality of workers, etc.
