摘要
在湿式静电除尘器Ionizing wet scrubber(简称IWS)中,废气中的粉尘在-30 kV DC高压直流电场中充分荷电后,小部分粉尘吸附到电极上,为了达到较好的清灰效果,用循环水持续冲洗电极,随后大部分粉尘随气流进入填料Tellerette塔中并吸附在填料表面;此时有毒、有腐蚀性和恶臭的气体也被吸收到填料塔中,然后也采用循环水流对填料进行连续冲洗,最终达到废气除尘的目的。
In Ionizing wet scrubber (IWS ) ,particles in waste gas are charged in -30kvDC voltage DC electrical field,the small quantity of particles are absorbed on the electrodes. To achieve good clean effect, circle water flushes the electrode plate continuously to remove the particles on the electrodes. After that, majority of particles in waste gas enter into packing (Tellerette )tower and are captured on the surface of packing(Tellerette )tower. At the same time,the Acid gas, noxious and corrosive odorous gases are also absorbed and treated. Circle water flushes the packing continuously. At last, particles in waste gas are removed.
