卡巴胆碱对肠部分I/R损伤后肺脏炎症反应的影响

摘要 目的观察肠卡巴胆碱对肠部分I/R损伤后肺炎症反应的影响。方法将75只大白兔分为肠I/R组、卡巴胆碱组、假手术组:阻断肠系膜上动脉(SMA)血流50%,维持4h后再灌注;SMA阻断后1h经肠内注入卡巴胆碱;阻断后2,6,24,48,72h测定肺组织TNF-α及IL-10变化。结果肠部分I/R损伤可致肺组织TNF-α增加;给予卡巴胆碱后肺组织TNF-α含量下降。结论肠部分I/R损伤可诱发肺炎症反应;肠内给予卡巴胆碱可减轻肺炎症反应。 Objective To observe influence of carbachol on lung inflammation induced by I/R to intestine.Methods Seventy five rabbits were randomized into I/R,carbachol and sham groups,SMA was occluded to 50% for 4 h,carbachol was injected into duodenum 1 h after occlusion of SMA.Changes of TNF-α,IL-10 in lung were measured at 2h,6h,ld,2d,3d.Results TNF-αin lung was increased after intestine I/R injury;carbachol decreased TNF-α.Conclusion I/R injury to intestine could induce pulmonary inflammation,carbachol could inhibit pulmonary inflammation.
