2009—2011年我院糖尿病治疗药物应用情况研究

Anti-diabetic Drug Application Analysis in the Hospital during 2009—2011

目的探讨糖尿病治疗药物的应用现状和发展趋势。方法对近3年来我院糖尿病治疗药物的处方、主要品种、金额、用药频度、联合用药等情况进行统计和分析。结果 3年中糖尿病患者人数增长了58.1%,处方数从2009年的3871张增加到2011年的5889张,增长率为52.13%。糖尿病药物销售额所占总额的比例从1.05%上升到1.26%。胰岛素类注射制剂的使用率明显上升,2009—2011年增长率为41.65%。其中普通胰岛素、诺和灵30R以及精蛋白锌胰岛素使用率最高持续排名前三位。格列美脲、格列本脲以及格列齐特是使用频率最高的口服降糖药物。结论抗糖尿病药物的使用量逐年增加,胰岛素的使用率也上升,年销售额增长较快;我院抗糖尿病药物使用基本合理。

Objective To explore the status quo of：application and development trend of anti - diabetic drugs. Meth- otis The prescriptions, main variety, amount, DDDs and combination usage condition for anti - diabetic drug in the past three years of this hospital were calculated and analyzed. Results During the past three years, the number of patients with diabetes increased with 58. 1%, the prescriptions increased from 3, 871 in 2009 to 5, 889 in 2011, and the growth rate was 52. 13%. The proportion of the sales amount of diabetes drug for the total drug sales rose from 1.05% to 1.26%. Utilization of insulin rose significantly, the growth rate was 41.65% from 2009 to 2011. The usages rate of regular insulin, Novolin 30R and protamine zinc insulin were the highest, and kept top three. Glimepiride, glibenelamide and glielazide were the most frequently used oral anti - diabetic drugs. Conclusion The use of anti - diabetic drugs increased year by year with annual sales of rapid growth ;, insulin usage also rose, and the anti - diabetic drug use in the hospital was basically rational.
