雾化吸入治疗COPD急性期患者的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的对雾化吸入治疗COPD急性期的临床疗效进行观察。方法将96例COPD患者随机均分为3组,A组常规治疗,B组在常规治疗基础上给予3%生理盐水雾化吸入,C组常规治疗基础上给予普米克令舒和万托林雾化吸入。结果B组、C组有效率明显高于A组,分别为87.5%,90.63%,53.13%;且痰培养阳性率B组最高75%,C组53%其次,A组10%,后两组与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论雾化吸入治疗COPD急性期疗效显著,可快速缓解病情,并提高痰培养阳性率,未见明显不良反应。
