米索前列醇联合缩宫素防治产后出血的疗效观察

目的观察米索前列醇联合缩宫素防治产后出血的疗效。方法选择670例单胎头位孕妇,排除高危妊娠,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在胎肩娩出后于产妇直肠内放置米索前列醇片600μg,肌注缩宫素针20U;对照组于胎肩娩出后肌注缩宫素针20U,观察两组产后出血量及产后出血发生率。结果观察组产后出血量及产后出血发生率明显低于对照组。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素能降低产后出血量及产后出血发生率。

Results ob- servation group postpartum amount of bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion misoprostol joint oxytocin can reduce the incidence of postpartum amount of bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage.
