早产儿疾病筛查的观察

目的早产儿各器官发育都不成熟，疾病筛查可尽早了解先天性、遗传性疾病。充分的喂养是早产儿疾病筛查成功的关键。方法我院对2009年-2011年出生的早产儿进行充分的喂养，72小时后足底采血进行疾病筛查。结果采血一次性成功率为95％。结论充足的喂养有利于早产儿的血液循环，减少了因多次采血和反复挤压造成的足跟软组织损失和皮肤破损。

Objective The aim of this thesis is to reveal that adequate feeding is the key to successful screening on pre-mature diseases.The organs of the premature are not adequately developed.Screening on diseases enables us to know the congenital and genetic diseases as early as possible.Method Our hospital gave the pre-matures born between 2009-2011 adequate feeding,and apply blood collection on the bottom of feet 72 hours after birth to screen diseases.Result The success rate of blood collection is 95%.Conclusion Adequate feeding is good for the pre-matures＇ blood circulation,and reduces the soft tissue loss and skin damage on feet caused by repeated blood collection and extrusion.
