妊娠高血压病并发急性左心衰58例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病并发急性左心衰竭终止妊娠的时机及方式。方法回顾62例妊娠高血压疾病并发急性左心衰竭的临床资料。结果58例合并左心衰竭病例中未做产前检查或偶做产前检查53例；产前心衰55例，产后心衰3列；多胎7例；合并贫血27例。低蛋白血症33例，呼吸道感染8例，围产儿死亡5例，无孕产妇死亡。结论妊娠高血压疾病并发急性左心衰竭发病急，病情重，可危机母儿生命，应加强孕期监测，以便及早发现及时治疗；积极控制心衰，适时终止妊娠是重要的治疗手段。

Objective To investigate hypertensive disorders of pregnancy complicated with acute left heart failure in the time of termination of pregnancy and mode.Methods We reviewed 62 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy complicated with acute heart failure clinical data.Results 58 cases with left heart failure cases without prenatal care or even prenatal examination of 53 cases of heart failure in 55 cases;prenatal,postnatal heart failure 3 columns;multiple births in 7 cases;27 cases complicated with anemia.Hypoalbuminemia in 33 cases,8 cases with respiratory tract infection,perinatal death in 5 cases,no maternal death.Conclusion hypertensive disorders of pregnancy complicated with acute left heart failure with acute onset,severe illness,but crisis maternal-fetal pregnancy,should strengthen the monitoring for early detection and timely treatment of heart failure ;active control,timely termination of pregnancy is an important treatment.
