摘要
目的探讨UF-50全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定尿液中红细胞的影响因素。方法随机样本分别用UF-50和显微镜检测尿中红细胞。结果 UF-50测定红细胞阳性率(12.5%)高于镜检(9.1%),二者符合率为72%。结论结晶、霉菌、滴虫、脂肪滴、精子及大量细菌导致UF-50检测红细胞时出现假阳性,应显微镜复检。
Objective To study the UF -50 automatic urinary sediment analyzer measurement in the urine, the influ- ence factors of red blood cells. Methods Random sample respectively with UF - 50 and microscope detection urine - determina- tion of red blood cells. Results The UF -50 measurement erythrocyte positive rate ( 12. 5% ) than microscopy (9. 1% ), the coincidence rate is 72%. Conclusion Crystal, mould, trichomonad, fat granule, sperm and a large number of bacteria that cause UF- 50 red blood cell detection occurs when the false positive, should microscope review.
