低分子肝素钙诱导的血小板减少症2例

摘要 1临床资料 例1：女，58岁，因“急性一氧化碳中毒20分钟”于2011年12月1613入院。无肝病、出血性疾病及出血性疾病家族史。入院时查体示神志不清、无贫血貌及黄染，皮肤、黏膜无出血点及淤斑；肝、脾不大。入院当天血、尿常规、肝功能正常。
