基酒质量监控系统的重要性是用计算机进行酒体质量控制,并通过计算机编程完成基酒质量等级划分和检验结果的统计。此系统与传统质量控制方法相比,保密性强、操作简单、质量控制过程严谨。
Base liquor quality monitoring ＆ controlling system has achieved quality control of liquor body by use of computers and finished the classification of base liquor quality grade and the statistical calculation of test data through computer programming. Compared with traditional ways, such system has the advantages such as strong confidentiality, simple operation and strict quality control process.
