一种随动加工弯管深孔的插补运动分析

摘要 针对弯管深孔加工困难的问题,以AP1000核电主管道的弯管为加工对象,提出了一种新型的随动加工方法,并重点对其随动加工的各插补参数进行了理论分析。该方法采用了3根镗杆和1台直接驱动旋转电机,通过3个转动关节连接在一起,安装在专用机床上,实现对核电管道弯一次性装夹,完成对其弯孔的加工。文章对各插补参数进行的理论分析与计算,为下一步的联动编程提供了依据。 Deep hole processing for pipe parts is an issue of mechanical processing. According to the deep hole processing for a bent tube of the main pipe AP1000 used in nuclear power , a follow-up method for processing the deep hole of elbow pipes is put for-ward Three boring bars and a direct driven rotary motor are adopted. They are linked together by three rotational joints, and then fixed on a special purpose machine tool. Thereby, the curved hole of the main pipe for nuclear power can be processed. After theoretical a- nalysis and calculation for each interpolation parameter, the theoretical calculation formula for the next linkage programming is ob-tained.
