摘要
基于国家电网公司资产全寿命管理框架体系与"三集五大"业务体系建设方向,结合SG-ERP总体规划,提出"三集五大"信息化支撑应以资产全寿命管理为主线开展建设,以信息化实现"三集五大"业务的全面协同。通过分析现有信息化支撑的不足,从制定标准规范、贯通业务流程、实现信息共享、辅助资产决策等角度探索下一步信息化建设的关键点。
Based on the combination of the life cycle asset management framework, the business system construction direction of the "Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements" and "SG-ERP" overall planning of the State Grid Corporation, this paper suggests that the "Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements" informatization support should focus on the life cycle asset management construction and further informatization will be helpful for comprehensive business collaboration. After analyzing the shortcomings of the existing informatization support, this paper studies several key points of the next informatization construction from aspects of standardization, coherence of business processes, information sharing and aided asset decision.
