摘要 厂级监控信息系统是具有生产过程实时信息采集、处理和监视等多功能的监控信息系统。文章设计的系统,可以对电厂机组运行优化、机组性能计算、机组煤耗偏差分析、小指标统计考核、自动利用率统计、实时报价、实时生产调度、关键设备的运行等项目进行监控。系统主要由性能计算模块、耗差分析计算模块、设备状态评价模块、负荷优化分配模块构成,并在国内某电厂2×330MW机组中成功应用,具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。 As a multi-function information system, plant supervisory information system (SIS) is responsible for real-time information acquisition, processing and monitoring during the production process. This paper designs a SIS system consisting of the performance assessment module, the consumption deviation analysis module, the equipment condition assessment module and the load optimization and allocation module, which can monitor several operation processes including power plant units operation optimization, units performance assessment, units coal consumption deviation analysis, statistics and assessment of small indexes, automatic utilization statistics, real-time quotes, real-time scheduling and critical equipments operation. Successful application in certain 2×330 MW units at home shows that the system has higher stability and reliability.
