摘要
针对电力科技查新业务现状,结合内外网物理隔离的实际情况,开发了电力科技查新网上受理及业务管理系统。该系统以SQL Server为数据平台,以Apache为中间件,采用PHP技术构建。文章阐述了系统的建设目标、技术路线、主要功能与技术特点等,依托该系统实现了为浙江省电力企业提供全面、优质的科技查新服务。
According to the situations of science and technology novelty search in the power industry, and taking the physical isolation of intranet from internet into account, this paper develops a science and technology novelty search business management system applicable to the power industry. The system takes SQL Server and Apache as a data platform and a runtime middleware respectively, and uses PHP technology to implement business modules. This paper describes system＇s construction objectives, technical roadmap, main functions and technical characteristics. Application of the system to Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation shows that it can provide a comprehensive and superior service for science and technology novelty search.
