摘要
为了解决大型发电集团多级责任主体工程建设管理需求,分析了工程建设管理详细业务与"项目一条龙、集团一盘棋、管控一体化"的管控思路,基于项目管理知识体系、工程建设管理标准与工作标准,结合计算机技术、通信技术、工作流技术、网络图技术及组态技术,设计了一套基于项目群全生命周期的工程建设管理系统,并成功应用于多家电力企业,提高了企业工程建设管理水平与多级协同管理能力。
To meet the needs of project construction management of multiple principal bodies for the large power generation group, this paper analyzes the detailed business process of project construction management and the management and control ideas of"one-stop project service, taking the group as a whole and an integrated management and control", and designs a project construction life-cycle management system. The system uses project management knowledge system and project construction management standard and operation standard, and applies a combination of computer technology, communication technology, workflow technology, network diagram technology and configuration technology. Successful applications to many power enterprises show that the system can improve the management level of enterprise project construction and multi-level collaborative management ability.
