摘要
埕东油田埕南深层超稠油油藏属于深层、高黏度、构造-岩性油藏。原油黏度对温度敏感性强,温度每降低5℃,原油黏度升高一倍,极易在作业和维护过程中造成冷伤害。通过对水平井完井工艺技术、HDCS强化热采技术的优化,全程隔热技术的创新应用,地面温控一体化管理体系的建立,突破了深层超稠油的开发瓶颈,实现了深层超稠油的有效开发。埕南深层超稠油配套技术的应用实现了规模和产能的双突破,形成了一套深层超稠油开发的技术体系,对同类油藏的推广具有重要的指导意义。
The deep heavy-oil reservoir in the south of Chengdong Oilfield belonged to a deep-layer and structural-lithologic reservoir with high viscosity.The oil viscosity was sensitive to temperature,its viscosity was doubled as temperature decreased 5℃,thus cold damage could be easily induced in operation and maintenance.By optimizing the well completion technique of horizontal wells and HDCS enhanced thermal recovery technique and the innovative application of whole process isolation technique and as well as the establishment of integrated management system of surface temperature control,the bottleneck of deep heavy oil development is broken through,by which the deep heavy oil is effectively developed.The breakthrough of oil producing scale and productivity enhancement is implemented in the south of Chengdong Oilfield by the matching technique,a new technical system is created for deep heavy oil development.It provides a guidance for similar reservoir development.
