智能电网建设对电网全局可视化及安全预警能力提出了更高的要求。企业级视频监控平台作为智能电网信息基础平台的核心组成部分,利用视频监控技术的最新发展成果,实现了发电厂、输电线路、变电站、营业厅、机房等场所视频监控设备的统一接入、统一管理,以及视频信息的统一汇集、互联互通和智能化应用,支撑了视频监控设备精细化管理、视频监控资源共享,利用图像分析技术可实现智能分析服务,提高电网智能预警水平。
There are higher demands of global grid visualization and safety alarming capacity from the construction of smart grids. As a core component of the smart grid information basic platform, the enterprise video monitoring platform uses the latest video monitoring technologies, uniformly accesses and manages various video monitoring devices from power plants, transmission lines, substations, operating rooms, engine rooms, etc., and achieves the goal of interoperability and intelligent application of video information. Meanwhile, the system can support a fine management for video monitoring devices, provide video monitoring resource sharing service and intelligent analysis service through image analysis technologies, and improve the intelligent early warning level of smart grids.
