摘要
随着电网企业财务信息化的大力建设,结合南方电网财务一体化信息系统的项目管理,文章首先分析了电网企业财务信息化建设的特殊性,从项目生命周期的各阶段出发,论述了财务一体化信息系统在项目管理的启动、准备、执行、收尾各阶段的管理过程和管理方法。分别从项目管理的诸多知识领域,论述了财务一体化信息系统在需求、配置、质量、团队、沟通管理方面的实践经验和工作思路。通过将项目管理思想应用到电网企业财务信息化建设,为规范财务信息化项目管理、提高项目效益提供了思路。
With the vigorous construction of financial informationization in power grid enterprises, combining with the project management of financial integration information system in China Southern Power Grid, this paper firstly analyzes the particularity of financial informationization construction in power grid enterprises, and discusses the process and methods of project management in the initiating, preparation, executing and closing phases of project life cycle. Then it proposes the practical experience and working thought in many different areas of project management such as requirement, configuration, quality, teamwork and communication management. Through applying the project management thought to the construction of financial informationization in power grid enterprises, which will provide some references for regularizing the project management and improving the benefit of financial intbrmationization.
