省级电网环境保护管理信息系统设计开发与应用

Development and Application of an Environment Protection Management Information System for Provincial Grids

随着我国经济的不断发展,各行业对电力的需求量正大幅攀升,电力行业在取得快速发展的同时也带来了电磁环境污染等社会问题。文章首先介绍了电网建设对生态环境造成的影响,然后结合甘肃省电力公司实际情况,详细阐述了省级电网环境保护管理信息系统设计实施的关键技术,最后对系统的主要功能和实际应用情况进行了分析介绍。该系统在甘肃省电力公司已建设完成并投入使用,提高了电网建设项目环境保护工作的信息化管理水平,为落实国家环境保护相关政策,建设环境友好型社会做出了贡献。

With the development of China＇s economy, there is an increasing electricity demand from various industries. Thus, rapid development of the power industry also results in some social problems such as electromagnetic environmental pollution. First, this paper introduces the impact on ecology and environment due to the grid construction. And then, combining with the actual situation of Gansu Provincial Power Company, several key technologies for developing the environment protection management information system are described in detail. Finally, system functions and real application situation are analyzed. Application of the system to Gansu Province Electric Power Company shows that the system is helpful to improve the environmental protection informatization management level in power grid construction projects, and makes a significant contribution for implementing national environmental protection policies and building a beautiful environment.
