摘要
气井测试过程中面临许多复杂情况,水合物结冰冻堵井口是其中较为严重的事故,准确地进行预警预报对水合物的预防至关重要。为了科学地确定天然气水合物的预警临界线,通过理论预测方法与室内试验结果进行对比分析认识到,图解法具有使用方便并适度报警的突出特点,结合施工过程中的工作量及作业成本,图解法所预测临界线可用于现场的实时监测,但与试验结果相比具有滞后预警的风险。为了规避风险,提出了在特殊情况下右移预警临界线的建议。
There existed complex situations during the gas well testing.Well head block caused by freezing hydrate was one of the most critical events in gas wells,so accurate pre-warning was important to avoid the hydrate freezing.For scientific determination of the critical pre-warning limit of hydrate and through a comparison of theoretical prediction with laboratory test result,it shows that the method of graphing is easy to use and suitable for warning,in combination with application and its cost,the predicted critical limit of the graphing method can be used for real-time monitoring in the field,but it has the risk of lagging pre-warnings.To avoid the risk,it is proposed that in special situation,the pre-warning limit is moved to the right side.
