Reconstruction of Associated Gas Compressor No-flow Monitoring System

从美国Ariel公司型号JGK/2伴生气压缩机在海洋石油采油平台实际应用中出现的无油流开关故障停机出发,分析了压缩机无油流开关故障停机的原因,介绍了压缩机强制注油润滑系统、注油分配器和无油流开关的工作原理。通过增加无油流开关、PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)逻辑程序彻底解决因无油流开关本身故障引起的机组异常停机,实现了对伴生气压缩机可靠、稳定的注油系统监控。

From the aspects of failure shutdown of no oil flow switch in JGK/2 Gas Compressor made by US Ariel Company in offshore oil production platform,the causes of the no oil flow switch shutdown were analyzed,the principle of its forced lubrication system,oil distributor and no oil flow switch operation was introduced.By adding the no oil flow switch,PLC logic program,the abnormal shutdown of the no oil flow switch completely avoided,the oiling system of associated gas compressor is reliably and stably monitored.
