老少边穷地区县域经济效率的空间特征分析——以广西河池10个县市为例

An Analysis of the Spatial Characteristics of County-Based Economic Efficiency in Poor,Remote Border Areas Inhabited by Ethnic Minorities

基于2007～2011年广西统计年鉴河池市县域经济发展的数据,应用DEA对河池市10个县市2010年的经济效率值进行分析,结果表明河池市的经济发展水平与经济效率不成正比。同时,使用ESDA中的Moran I算法,Gi统计变量和聚类分析分别对河池市的空间相关格局进行差异性分析评价,结果显示,河池市的相关县域处于扩散效应区与过渡区内,经济效率的提升仍有较大空间。最后,为促进老少边穷地区的县域经济发展提出相关的政策建议。

Based on the data of county-based economic development of He-chi City quoted from Guangxi Statistics Year Book from 2007 to 2011, this paper analyzes the economic efficiency of 10 counties and county-level cities of Hechi by using Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） and finds that their economic develop-ment level is not proportional to their economic efficiency. Moreover, by using Moran I of Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis （ESDA）, Gi statistical variable, clustering analysis, this study makes differentiated analysis and evaluation of the spatial structure of the county-based economy. Results show that Heehi＇s county-based economy is within the expansion zone and transitional zone and thus enjoys a great room for improvement. In the end, some policies are recommended to promote the development of county-based economy in the poor, remote border areas inhabited by ethnic minorities.
