论公车改革的意义

On the Significance of Government Car Reform

公车改革问题是亟待解决的一个重要问题。公车改革有利于减少公车消费,为公共财政减负;规范政府行为,改善政府形象;消除公车特权观念;杜绝公车使用中的腐败行为。因此,不管公车改革难度如何,政府都应大力促使公车改革向前推进。

Government car reform is an important issue to be solved. This paper believes that reforms on the use of government car have lots of advantages which involve the reduction of government car consumption and public finance, the standardization of the government behavior and improvement the image of the government, and the elimination of corruption in use of government car.
