摘要
根据贵州2001至2010年的统计数据,运用灰色关联分析方法对贵州科技投入与经济增长的关系进行分析。结果表明:地方财政科技拨款、R&D经费内部支出和科技活动人员数对贵州的经济增长具有正相关作用,其中地方财政科技拨款对经济增长的促进作用更为明显,然后依次是R&D经费内部支出和科技活动人员数,根据以上结论对贵州今后的科技投入提出了一些建议。
Based on the statistics released by Guizhou province from 2001 to 2010, the present re-search aimed to analyze the relationship between sci-tech investment and economic growth in Guizhou province by utilizing the grey relational analysis method. The results revealed that local government S＆T appropriation, R＆D internal expenditures, and the number of S＆T personnel were positively cor-related in boosting economic growth in Guizhou province. Of the three factors boosting Guizhou eco-nomic growth, local government S＆T appropriation played a more dominant role than that of R＆D in-ternal expenditures and the number of S＆T personnel. Finally, suggestions on Guizhou sci-tech invest-ment in the future were provided.
