新型的职业教育是提高职业行动能力,培养满足社会需求的人才,高职英语教师在教学中必须坚持"行动导向驱动",改变教学观念,因材施教,取舍教学内容,致力于教学的设计,引领学生学习运用好的英语知识,提高学生就业竞争能力。

The new type of vocational education is to raise the operational capacity and cultivate talents to meet social needs. The present paper insisted that teachers in higher vocational English teaching should adhere to the ＂action-oriented drive＂, changing the teaching ideas, teaching in accordance with students＇ aptitudes, selecting the content of teaching, focusing on teaching design, and helping the students improve their English skills and employment competitiveness.
