厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病效果分析

目的:对厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病效果进行研究。方法:收治高血压心脏病患者78例,随机分为对照组(32例)与治疗组(46例),对照组给予厄贝沙坦药物治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加美托洛尔药物治疗。结果:经治疗,治疗组收缩压值、舒张压值均低于对照组,心功能分级改善优于对照组,有效率高于对照组。结论:厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病,效果显著。

Objective：The effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease research. Methods： Randomly selected communities from June 2009 to June 2011 in patients with hypertensive heart disease 78 named study,divided into A and B groups, A group of 32 patients for the control group, given irbesartan medications;B group46 patients for the treatment group on the basis of group A plus metoprolol drug treatment. Results：Group B patients were treated and systolic blood pressure values, diastolic blood pressure values were lower in group A patients, cardiac function better than that in group A, there are more efficient than the A group. Conclusion：Irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease,the effect is significant. l
