依据对某高校图书馆员的调查数据,分析了高校图书馆员的现状,论证了信息时代高校图书馆员为提高读者服务质量所应具备的素质,并提出了提升馆员素质的具体措施。

Based on the survey data of the librarians in a certain university, this paper analyzes the present situation of university librarians, discusses the necessary qualities that the librarians should possess to improve the quality of the service for readers in information age, and puts forward some concrete measures for improving librarians＇ quality.
