重庆市文化信息资源共享工程基层培训工作的措施与成效

Discussion on the Measures for and Results of Primary-level Training Work of Chongqing City's Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project

自全国文化信息资源共享工程依托公共图书馆实施以来,重庆图书馆、共享工程重庆市分中心始终把培训工作作为文化共享工程在重庆市全面深入推进的基础性工作来抓,通过全方位、多层次的培训工作,不仅为该工程的顺利实施提供了强有力的人才与技术保障,同时也开拓了基层培训的新路子。总结了近几年重庆市文化信息工程基层培训工作的措施和经验,阐述了培训工作取得的成效,提出了进一步完善今后培训工作的思路。

since the implementation of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project （NCIRSP）relying on the public libraries, Chongqing Library and Chongqing Branch Center of NCIRSP grasp the training work from beginning to end as a fully and deeply promoted basic work of NCIRSP in Chongqing City, and the all-round and multi-level training work not only provides strong talent and technical support for the smooth implementation of NCIRSP, but also opens up a new way for basic training. This paper sums up the measures and experiences of Chongqing City＇s basic training work of NCIRSP in recent years, expounds some results obtained in training work, and puts forward some ideas for further perfecting the future training work.
