摘要
目的基于国家有关政策、规划,为医药企业实施电子监管项目提供参考。方法介绍了国家实施药品电子监管工作概况及意义,详细论述了医药企业实施电子监管码项目的机遇、挑战与实施对策。结果与结论综合考虑成本、结合实际、立足长远、科学规划,选用成熟的工艺和方法,加强电子码风险管理等是医药企业顺利实施药品电子监管项目的主要对策。
Objective To provide references for implementation of PIATS （ product identification, authentication and tracking system） projects by pharmaceutical companies, based on relative national policy and planning. Methods The status and significance of national implementation of drug HATS was introduced, the opportunities, challenges and countermeasures of implementation of HATS by the pharmaceutical companies were discussed in detail. Results and Conclusion Considering the cost, combined with practice, and based on long-term scientific planning, the main countermeasures of the implementation of PIATS project is to choose matured technology and methods meanwhile to strengthen the risk management.
