国家基本药物目录药品类别问题分析及调整建议

Analysis and Suggestions for the Adjustment of the Drug Category of the National Essential Medicines List

目的为现行《国家基本药物目录》类别调整提供建议。方法采用文献研究和对比分析,对世界部分国家及我国各省的基本药物目录中药品类别进行研究,运用帕累托图法对基本药物目录中药品类别的构成进行比较。结果与结论我国基本药物目录收录的药品一级类别有待结合国情适当增加,应尽快出台国家疾病谱,以保证基本药物目录的科学制订与调整。

Objective To provide suggestions for the adjustment of the drug category of the National Essential Medicines List. Methods Document research and comparative analysis was performed between the essential medicines list of other countries and some provinces in China, Pareto diagram method was applied to compare the category of the essential medicines list of other countries. Results and Conclusion The first level of drug category of the National Essential Medicines List should be increased according to national conditions, and the national disease spectrum is need to ensure the formulation and adjustment of the National Essential Medicines List.
