摘要
目的为进一步发挥国家基本药物制度在慢性疾病治疗中的作用提供参考。方法介绍了我国慢性疾病的现状和特点,分析在慢性疾病治疗过程中推行基本药物制度所面临的困难,提出相关建议。结果与结论近年来,我国慢性疾病患病率持续上升。应根据我国人群疾病谱的变化,调整、增加治疗慢性疾病的基本药物品种;完善基本药物招标采购机制;建立科学的基本药物监管和评价体系;提高基本药物中慢性疾病治疗品种的统筹支付水平,以便加强基本药物制度在慢性疾病治疗中的作用。
Objective To provide reference for improving the role of essential medicine system in the treatment of chronic diseases. Methods The current situation and characteristics of chronic diseases in China were expounded. The difficulties of strengthening the role of essential medicine system in the treatment of chronic diseases were discussed. Certain recommendations were also put forward in this paper. Results and Conclusion In recent years, the prevalence of chronic diseases in China has been increasing. In response to disease spectrum, it is necessary to regulate and increase the number of essential medicines for the treatment of chronic diseases. It is also suggested that the government should improve the bidding and purchasing of essential medicines, establish a scientific monitoring and evaluation system, enhance the co-payment level to strengthen the role of essential medicine system in the treatment of chronic diseases.
