摘要
目的为促进邮政医药物流的健康发展提供参考。方法运用SWOT分析法对邮政医药物流发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析。结果与结论邮政医药物流具有网络资源等方面的优势,又适逢诸多因素导致医药物流市场扩容的良好机遇;但需要改进和克服的劣势很多,面临的威胁也很大。综合来看,邮政医药物流的市场前景看好,潜力巨大。中国邮政企业应当充分发挥优势,克服劣势,利用机遇,化解威胁,拓展邮政医药物流业务。
Objective To provide references for the healthy development of postal medicinal logistics. Methods SWOT analysis was applied to explore the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of postal medicinal logistic development. Results and Conclusion The postal medicinal logistic has such advantages as abundant network resources, as well as the good opportunity of logistics market expansion caused by series of factors; but there are also many disadvantages and threats needing to be improved or overcome. On the whole, postal medicinal logistics has great potential. China＇s postal enterprises should give full play to the advantages, overcome weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities, and defuse threats, thus fully expanding postal medicinal logistics business.
