小活络丸中乳香的定性鉴别方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立小活络丸中乳香的定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法鉴别小活络丸中的乳香和乳香主成分11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸。结果运用建立的薄层色谱法检测15个厂家66批次的小活络丸,有16批次小活络丸未检出乳香和11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸,运用高效液相色谱法进一步检测,最终确定有15批次小活络丸未检出11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸,51批次检出乳香和11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸。结论建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法可用于小活络丸中乳香的定性鉴别,可作为小活络丸现行法定检验标准中乳香显微鉴别的有益补充。 Objective To establish a method to qualitatively identify Olibanum in Xiaohuoluowan. Methods TLC and HPLC were used for identification of Olibanum and the main chemical constituent of Olibanum (acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid). Results TLC was applied to analyze 66 batches of Xiaohuoluowan from 15 manufactories, Olibanum and acetyl-ll-keto-β-boswellic acid were not detected in 16 batches. HPLC was further used to analyze these samples, and showed that acetyl 11-keto-β-boswellic acid was not detected in 15 of 66 batches of Xiaohuoluowan. Conclusion The established method of TLC can be used to identify Olibanum in Xiaohuoluowan, which is the supplement to the legal standard of microscopic identification with Olibanum in Xiaohuoluowan.
