摘要
目的建立快速测定咳特灵胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法。方法采用近红外漫反射光谱法,结合OPUS软件,建立定量分析模型和一致性检验的分析方法。结果定量模型和一致性检验模型均能准确地预测未知样品中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。结论所建立的方法相对于法定标准检验更简便、快捷,对样品无破坏性,能有效地用于咳特灵胶囊的市场监管和质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for rapid determination of chlorpheniramine maleate in Keteling Capsules. Methods Infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was used combined with OPUS software to establish a quantitative analysis model and an analytical method of consistency. Results Both the quantitative model and the consistency test model could precisely predetermine chlorpheniramine maleate content in unknown samples. Conelusion Comparing to statutory standards, this established method is more convenient and less destructiveness to samples which can be used efficiently in market supervision and quality control of chlorpheniramine maleate in Keteling Capsules.
