无痛分娩对母婴影响的临床分析

Clinical influence of Painless labor on mother and infant

目的观察和分析无痛分娩对母婴的影响。方法选取在我院分娩的产妇180例的临床资料,其中,无痛分娩组90例,常规分娩组90例产妇。观察两组产妇分娩过程中相关指标变化情况。结果无痛分娩组产妇的疼痛评分为(3.1±1.2)分,明显低于常规分娩组(P<0.05);且无痛分娩组11例产妇改剖宫产,而常规分娩组39例产妇改剖宫产(P<0.05)。两组产妇其他指标,如第二产程时间、使用催产素例数、新生儿1min阿普加评分以及产后出血量等基本相当(P>0.05)。结论无痛分娩在各项临床指标上,同常规分娩效果相当,并在一定程度上优于常规分娩(降低剖宫产率等),值得向临床推荐。

Objective To observe influence of painless labor on the mother and infant.Methods clinical data of 180 cases included 90 cases in painless childbirth group and 90 cases in conventional delivery group.Influence of two groups will be observed.Results Pain score in painless childbirth group was significantly lower than conventional delivery group（P0.05）;cesarean section rate in painless childbirth was higher than conventional delivery group（P0.05）.other indicators,such as the time of the second stage of labor,use of oxytocin number of cases,neonatal 1 min Apgar score,and postpartum hemorrhage amount for two groups were similar（P 0.05）.Conclusion painless childbirth is quite superior to conventional childbirth（to reduce the rate of cesarean section）,and to a certain extent,it is worth to the clinically recommended.
