急诊内镜在治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎中的价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨内镜下ERCP+EST+取石联合ENBD在治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎中的价值。方法对42例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者在抗炎、抑酶等综合治疗的基础上,行内镜(1～3 d内)ERCP+EST+取石或ENBD等治疗。结果 42例急性胆源性胰腺炎均治愈,其中1例发生迟发性十二指肠乳头括约肌切口出血,经内镜下止血治疗痊愈,未发生严重内镜治疗的并发症,有效地减轻了患者腹痛和降低了血淀粉酶,缩短了病程,疗效满意。结论早期内镜治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎简单安全、疗效好,值得临床推广。
