GnRH-a在IVF垂体降调节中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 1984年,促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist,GnRH-a)首次应用于体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)垂体降调节并且取得成功后,GnRH-a已被广泛应用于体外受精(IVF)垂体降调节中。GnRH-a有长效制剂(3.75 mg)和短效制剂(0.1mg)两种剂型,均可用于垂体降调节,两者临床效果无显著差异。由GnRH-a的不同用法而衍生出的长方案、短方案及超长方案、超短方案已被绝大多数IVF中心应用于控制性超排卵(controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation,COH)中。但对不同的患者如何采取不同的方案以取得满意的效果又可减少患者的经济负担,一直是学者们关心和研究的热点。
