摘要
在引进外资的工程项目管理中 ,有许多值得探讨改进的地方。通过这种探讨改进 ,将使中国的建筑市场日趋成熟 ,并能更顺利地与国际建筑市场接轨。通过在二滩工程中从事外资工程管理工作中的体验作出一些总结 。
In the management of projects with foreign funds , some aspects are worth discussing and improving . Then , the construction market of China will be perfect day by day and transform into international practice smoothly . Experiences and lessons gained from practice in management of project with foreign funds in Ertan Project are presented for reference to similar projects.
