依替米星治疗细菌性感染377例临床评价

Clinical evaluation of 377 cases of etimicin sulfate on bacterial infections

为了在更大范围内观察依替米星的安全性和临床疗效 ,我们于 1998年 3月～ 11月在京津地区组织 16个医疗单位对 3 77例不同系统细菌感染的患者进行了临床观察 ,试验采用多中心开放试验的方法。硫酸依替米星剂量 2 0 0～ 3 0 0 mg/ d,疗程 5～ 10 d。所有病例均在治疗前后复查 WBC、病原学、肝肾功能。部分病例还复查听力和前庭功能。结果依替米星对各系统感染的有效率和细菌清除率分别为 :呼吸系统感染 90 %、90 .5% ,泌尿系统感染 91.5%、89.5% ,消化系统感染 92 .6%、96% ,皮肤软组织感染 87.5%、10 0 %。阳性菌占16.7% ,其清除率也达 90 % ,说明其对阳性菌也有一定疗效。 7.9%的病例合用了 β-内酰胺类抗生素 ,皆为症状重、而且病原不清者。绝大多数单用依替米星取得了很好的疗效。不良反应发生率为 4 .51% ,主要为头晕、恶心、呕吐、皮疹、听力减退。未发现肾功能减退。除一例因严重的恶心、呕吐而停药外 ,其余皆在疗程快结束时出现 ,停药后症状即消失 ,未予特殊处理。结论 :硫酸依替米星为一安全、有效的抗生素 ,值得在临床上推广使用。

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of etimicin in extensive area. We had carried clinical observation on 377 patients of baterial infections of different systems. The test adopted multi center, open clinical trials. The dosage of each day was 200~300mg for 5~10 days. All patients checked white blood cell, pathogenic bacterias, hepato renal function before and after the test. Some patients had audition and vestibule tests. The clinical efficacy rate and bacterial clearance rate of different infections were: respiratory tract infections 90%, 90.5%, urinary tract infections 91.5%, 89.5%, digestive system infections 92.6%, 96%, skin and soft tissue infections 87.5%, 100%, Gram positive bacteria 16.7% respectively. Its clearance rate was 90%. Adverse reactions rate 4.51%. So etimicin sulfate is a new,effective and safe antibiotics.
