硫酸依替米星治疗呼吸系统感染的临床研究

Clinical evaluation of etimicin sulfate in treating infection of respiratory tract

为评价硫酸依替米星粉针剂治疗呼吸系统感染的疗效与安全性 ,对 10 3例呼吸道感染病人采用硫酸依替米星粉针剂 0 .2 g溶于 5 %葡萄糖中 ,静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,疗程 5～ 14d。治疗结果 :总有效率为80 .5 8% ,细菌清除率 89.6 6 % ,不良反应发生率 3.88%。提示硫酸依替米星粉针剂治疗呼吸系统感染安全有效。

To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of etimicin sulfate in treating infection of respiratory tract, 103 patients with respiratory infection were administered etimicin sulfate 200mg iv qd for 5~14 day. The total clinical efficacy rate was 80.58% and bacteria eradication rate was 89.66%, adverse reaction was 3.88%. Results show that etimicin sulfate is effective in patients with respiratory infection.
