风对航天发射塔展开合拢过程的影响分析

摘要 风是影响航天发射塔回转平台展开合拢能力的主要因素。利用风对结构作用基本原理计算了航天发射塔回转平台展开合拢过程中最大允许风速值,利用自然风荷载对航天发射塔回转平台进行了相应的展开/合拢试验。在此基础上,通过对理论计算结果与试验结果的对比分析,讨论了回转平台展开合拢过程的最大允许风荷载值,风向对展开合拢过程的影响等问题。实际试验验证了理论分析结果的正确性和合理性。 Wind is the key factor effecting the openning and closing ability of the rotating platforms of the launching tower. The max allowable wind velocity in the openning and closing process was calculated. With natural wind, the openning and closing experiment of the rotating platforms of the launching tower was made. In addtion, by comparing the theoretical results with the experimental ones, the max allowable wind velocity and the possible effect of the wind direction on the openning and closing process were discussed. The practical experiments validate the theoretical results.
