护理干预在经尿道前列腺汽化电切术围术期中的应用

Applacation of perioperative nursing intervention in transurethral electrovaporization of prostate

目的观察围术期护理干预对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)患者的影响。方法将96例TUVP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组给予围术期护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。观察2组临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预用于TUVP患者可提高临床疗效,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the impact of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with transurethral elec- tmvaporization of prostate（TUVP）. Methods 96 patients with TUVP were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group, each of 48cases. Observation group received perioperative nursing intervention measures, and control group received routine nursing. Clinical efficacy and complications in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of obser- vation group was higher than that of control group, and the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with TUVP can improve the clinical effect, reduce the complications.
