摘要
高职学生人格特征调查表明,辽宁省高职学生人格特征存在性别差异和区域差异,基于高职生的人格特征改革课堂教学模式,构建五种课堂新型教学模式:赏识竞赛式的合作模式、媒体延伸式的训练模式、交际开放式的讨论模式和情境探索式的创新模式。
The investigation on personality characteristics of higher vocational school students of Liaoning province shows that the gender difference and the regional difference exit among them. Based on the personality characteristics of higher vocational school students, to reform the classroom teaching mode needs to construct five new classroom teaching modes, that is the appreciation-competition cooperation mode, the media-extended training mode, the communication-opened dis- cussion mode and the situation-exploring innovation mode.
