摘要 根据我国现行教育体制采用九年制义务教育和高中后分流的实际,技师院校制定相应的入学资格、标准学制和毕业资历,在此基础上实行分流分层次教学。教学安排上采用分段式教学,基础段进行高中段文化基础教学和按专业大类进行公共基础知识教学,提高段进行专科层次专业基础课教学,专业段进行专科层次的专业教学,技师段采用专题研修形式,并实行导师制和小班化教学,突出高新技术应用、综合技能和独立解决典型生产技术问题能力的考核。 In consideration of the reality that the student shunt is done after the nine-year compulsory education and the high school education in China's current education system, technician colleges formulated the corresponding admission qualifications, standard system and graduation qualification. And on the basis of that, the shunt and hierarchical teach- ing was implemented. In teaching arrangement, it adopts the sectional teaching, of which in the foundation section, it im- plements the high school culture basis teaching and the public basic knowledge teaching according to the specialty catego- ries; in improving section, it implements the junior college-level specialized foundational courses teaching; in the profes- sional section, it implements the junior college-level specialized teaching; in technician section, it adopts the topic re- search forms and implements the tutorial system and the small class teaching as well as highlights the evaluation for the application ability of high and new technologies, the comprehensive skills and the ability to independently solve typical problems on production technology.
