基于齿面发生线的弧齿锥齿轮铣削加工仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮的齿面生成原理,对齿面的发生线形成理论进行了研究,并提出了一种以齿面发生线作为铣削刀刃,通过三轴联动的方式加工出弧齿锥齿轮齿面的加工方法。建立了锥齿轮加工机床的三维模型,进行了锥齿轮的加工仿真,并对仿真生成的锥齿轮进行了齿面接触迹线分析。研究表明,基于该理论进行弧齿锥齿轮的铣削加工,运动和控制简单,且加工出来的锥齿轮能实现大倾角线接触传动。 Based on the generating principle of the tooth surface of spiral bevel gear with spherical involute,the formation theory of generating line of tooth surface was studied. A method was proposed to machine this kind of gear tooth surface with the generating line as the milling cutter edge and using 3-axis linkage. A 3-D model was built for the bevel gear machine toot, the simulation of bevel gear machining process was performed and the tooth surface contact trace of the bevel gear generated by simulation was analyzed. The results indicated that the milling process of the spiral bevel gear based on the proposed theory is characterized by a simple motion and an easy control, and being able to realize the line-contact transmission with large dip-angle.
