Human Spirit Is the Highest Level of Natural Law Evolution——For Basic Philosophical Problems

文章从内容与形式的统一性出发,把形式概念分解为具体形式和理性形式,而内容只能通过两种形式来表现和被人把握,进而阐明了一切存在都是具体形式与理性形式互为前提相互依存的同一体,具体形式表达着理性形式,理性形式支配着具体形式,二者之间不存在从属关系,这就是世界存在方式的基本原理。进而论证了自然规律与意识精神具有同质性、递进性和层次性关系,人类精神是自然规律演进的最高境界。而物质与精神的关系就是依存关系,不存在谁先谁后或谁决定谁。

This article, starting from the unity of content and form, decomposes the concept of form into concrete form and rational form, while content can only be expressed and understood through the two forms. Then the study expounds that all existence are the unity of concrete form and rational form which are mutually interdependent. Concrete form expresses rational form and rational form dominates concrete form. There is no affiliation between the two, which is the basic principle of the worldg existence. The paper further illustrates the homogeneity, progressive nature and hierarchy relationship between the laws of nature and the spiritu- al consciousness, and that human spirit is the highest level of the evolution of natural laws. Also the relationship between matter and spirit is interdependent. There is no such issue as which comes first or which is crucial.
