摘要
产品顶层设计的问题是产品优化发展的问题,由于产品优化发展的问题是离散性、模糊性和非数值性,难以直接进行数学优化,本文基于标准化的理论和方法,创建了一套产品六维八要素顶层设计的理论和方法,以基型化、系列化、型谱化等关系构建产品体系化发展的顶层设计空间,建立了产品优化发展的时空关系。本文阐述了六维关系的设计步骤,分析了主体系空间各平面的发展内涵,给出了六维元素的表达关系,以美国M113车族系模式引证了本文理论和方法的有效性。本文的方法具有普遍适用性,既可用于航空、航天、船舶、兵器等产品平台发展的顶层设计,也可用于探测、控制、导航等功能装置发展的顶层设计,既适用于军用产品,也适用于民用产品。
The matter of top design for products is the matter of products optimum development. Because the matters of products optimum development are usually discrete, fuzzy and non-numeral matters, it is difficult to directly optimize them with mathematics. A set of theory and method of top design for products with six dimensions and eight main elements is created and established based on the theory and method of standardization in this article. The top design space of systematism development for products is built up by the relations of basic models, series and model spectrums. The relations of time and space for products optimum development are established. The design processes of the six dimensions are expounded in this article. The developing connotations of each plan in main system space are analyzed. The expressing relations of six dimension elements are given out. The validity of the theory and method is proven with USA Ml13 vehicle family. The method in this article is universally applicable. It is applied as well to the top designs of the platform products developments for aircrafts, spaceflights, watercrafts, ground weapons, as to the top designs of the function device developments for detecting, controlling, navigating, and so on. It is applied as well to military products as to civil products.
