摘要
文章阐释了美国FDA在食品安全监管领域推进实施HACCP体系的原理和特征,检验HACCP体系有效性的评估标准,指出了HACCP体系发展面临的挑战,需要更多的社会力量参与食品安全管理研究,进一步完善HACCP体系。
This paper introduces the food and drug administration promote HACCP system in the food industry in the USA, and interprets the basic principles and features, assessment standard which is to evaluate the effect of HACCP. At last, it points out the challenge of HACCP development and there need more social powers to perfect HACCP system.
