基于FIRE的电控喷油器喷嘴内流特性仿真研究

摘要 电控喷油器喷嘴结构及内流特性不仅决定着喷雾质量,而且影响着喷油特性。由于喷孔内部流动具有流动空间极小、高速强湍流运动和瞬态性等特点,使得直接观察和测量喷孔内的流动情况变得相当困难。本文利用AVL公司开发的FIRE软件,采用多相流模型,对4种不同结构喷嘴的内流场进行了多维数值模拟,研究了非轴对称喷嘴结构参数对喷孔内流场及喷嘴质量流量的影响。 The structure of nozzle and internal flow characteristics of electronic injector not only decide the quality of spray, but also influence characteristics of injection. Nozzle internal flow has the characteristics of minimal space of flows, high-speed strong turbulence motion and transient property, which makes it very diffi- cult to observe and measure flow conditions in nozzle directly. Using FIRE software developed by AVL Compa- ny, and applying muhiphase flow model, multi-dimensional numerical simulation on flow field in four different structure nozzles is performed, and the effects of structure parameter of nonaxisymmetrical nozzle on nozzle in- ternal flow field and nozzle mass flow are studied.
